Connecting to the Spirit of the Land in-person weekend Oregon coastal retreat

🗓️ August 1-3, 2025Come home to the land, your body, and your soul in this intimate, in-person weekend retreat at Sweet Root Hollow. Together, we will listen deeply to the whispers of the earth, awaken the language of dreams, and tend a sacred connection to our inner and outer nature.
Co-led by Shankari, Wild Wisdom Guide, Herbalist and Somatic IFS Practitioner, and Danielle Lombardi, owner of Portland Healing Space, Acupuncturist, and Energy Worker, this retreat invites you into a rich field of healing practices rooted in ancient wisdom, reverent land offerings, and intuitive group process.

IFS & Creative Writing: Journey to Self-Love (5-Week Online Course)

🗓️ September 4 - October 2, 2025This soulful 5-week online course, taught by Shankari and Emma Lily Reynolds, blends the transformational power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with creative writing to help you deepen self-awareness and cultivate true self-love. Through guided meditations, journaling prompts, and compassionate exploration of your inner world, you'll meet and dialogue with your protective and wounded parts, build a relationship with your Self energy, and begin to gently unburden old emotional patterns. No writing experience needed—just curiosity and a desire to know and love yourself more fully.

Listening to the Wild Within: Movement & Meditation for Inner Connection

🗓️ September 18–20, 2025This fall, I’ll be teaching at the in-person 2025 IFS Annual Conference, where more than 70 workshops will be offered by IFS trainers, practitioners, and community members from around the globe. My non-clinical session, Listening to the Wild Within, offers a restorative space to reconnect with Self through gentle Qi Gong-inspired movement and nature-based guided meditation. These experiential offerings enrich the conference by inviting embodiment, reflection, creativity, and inner connection. I'm excited to contribute to this vibrant gathering of the IFS community.

Having supported multiple trainings in this role, I’m deeply committed to helping mental health professionals learn and embody the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model through experiential practice, self-discovery, and compassionate connection.

Wrapping up 2024
Just for you - release of my new free guided meditation, Unwind & Unblend. Gently release the tensions of the day and reconnect with your deeper Self—your Inner Healer. Using principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), this practice helps you unblend from any parts that may be activated, such as the inner critic, planner, or protector. You’ll create spaciousness inside, allowing clarity, calm, and compassion to naturally arise. This is a soft, grounding meditation designed to bring you back to center, so you can rest in your own presence.
